This is 24 layers circuit PCB, using high frequency and high-speed material like ISOLA 370HR, M4/M6 material from PANASONIC. This PCB is used in the telecom communication industry, we support this high precision PCB to many domestic customers from China and overseas customers from the US, Europe, and Japan.
The ENIG gold thickness is 5u” with edge gold plating, the BGA vias are plugged by solder mask from both sides, the BGA PITCH is only 20mil with 10mil BGA pads and 3/3mil min trace width and spacing.
