This PCB request 11 OZ (350um) on the outer layer. Normally the standard copper weight on the board is 1 OZ or 2 OZ, but YMS PCB can make a board with 12 OZ copper. The heavy copper PCB (PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD) is widely used in power electronic equipment, power supply system, industrial control system, UPS equipment, etc. Compare to standard copper weight 1 or 2 OZ, normally when the copper is over 3 OZ (105um), we will call it heavy copper board.
The heavy copper board permits the printed circuit to conduct higher current, smarts good heat distribution, and implement complicated switches in a very restricted house. Other advantages embody magnified mechanical strength in connector locations, the ability to create smaller product sizes by integrating multiple weights on the same layer of the circuit, and the ability to use special materials to achieve their maximum capacity with minimal risk of circuit failure.
